Video2X accepts PayPal and Creem (credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express). All payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant third-party platforms. All Video2X prices are listed in USD.
Video2X has three ways to pay. Monthly subscriptions refill your credits every 30 days. Annual subscriptions are billed once upfront at 50% off — credits are delivered monthly across the year (Pro drops from $39.90/mo to $19.90/mo equivalent). One-time credit packs are a single purchase with no subscription, valid for 1 full year — handy if you only need to upscale occasionally.
Video2X charges credits based on your video's length, the target resolution, and the engine you choose — higher resolution and longer clips cost more. You never have to do the math: Video2X shows the exact credit cost for your job before you start, so there are no surprise charges. Just pick the plan whose monthly credits match how much video you expect to upscale.
Open My Account → My Orders. To upgrade or downgrade, click Change Plan — upgrades are prorated (you pay only the difference), and downgrades apply from the next billing cycle. To cancel, click Manage Subscription, which takes you to your payment provider's portal (PayPal or Creem) to cancel — no email needed. Your plan stays active until the end of the current period.
Video2X subscription credits are valid for 1 month — on annual plans, credits are delivered monthly (1 month each), not all upfront. One-time credit packs stay valid for 1 year. Unused credits expire at the end of their period, so pick the plan that matches what you actually expect to upscale each month.
Video2X requires payment to use — there's no free trial. You can subscribe (plans from $14.90/month for 1,000 credits) or buy a one-time credit pack (from $19.90 for 1,000 credits, valid 1 year). Annual plans save 50%, bringing Basic down to $7.45/month equivalent.

Your remaining Video2X credits always show in the top-right corner of every page. Hover over the credits indicator for your current plan, plus a 'View Usage' link (Settings → Credits) where you'll find your full credit history and what each upscale cost.
All Video2X plans and credit packs include full commercial usage rights — use videos in ads, social media, client deliverables, presentations, and websites without additional licensing fees. Every Video2X video downloads as a clean MP4 with no watermark, regardless of plan.
